“I have expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorder). I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I also specialize in transgender issues, LBGTQ+ issues, and addiction therapy. I offer techniques to help diminish unwanted or challenging emotions. Our mental health has a direct impact on physical health and quality of life. It is important to deal with stressors early on. Having a good therapeutic relationship with your therapist is so important. It is my main focus to have my patients feel comfortable from the very first session!

A person can go their entire life not knowing what is behind their problems. I offer strong communication tools, strategies to change your thinking, and your behaviors. I enjoy working with people, and I find it rewarding to help find solutions and offer tools to those in need.

I believe in lifelong results; not lifelong clients. My goal is to challenge your thinking, teach you things that you didn't know, give you tools to help yourself and help you process difficult things.

I strongly believe in proper diagnosis and finding the root cause of certain issues.”
