I come with a friendly, compassionate, and warm approach for you to feel heard, and understood. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I thrive and enjoy additionally working with couples as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator who has brought major success in preventing divorce and bringing strong awareness between the couple.

In addressing any symptoms/distress I strongly feel ACT, CBT, DBT, BT and TF-CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic, and Attachment Therapy are helpful and effective ways to create self-understanding for a better life through breaking down barriers and finding your inner strength. I offer individual, family, and couple therapy.
