Promoting a holistic approach, I use different modalities that can aid in relaxing the body and mind to decrease stress and increase calm, peace and confidence. We will explore, re-discover and if necessary re-create an authentic, strong sense of self; to tap into your unique strengths and talents that make you, uniquely you.

I am Certified in DBT and Mindfulness based interventions. I am highly skilled in a variety of modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, SFBT, MBCT, NT, EAT (Expressive Art Therapies; art, music, drama, yoga, dance/movement, poetry, and photo therapy) and I am an affiliate of Mindfulness and Art Therapy Alliance.
