About me
Life is hard, but you can feel better anyway! I've been a therapist for a long time, and I still love it. I believe therapy should be safe, playful, inspiring, enlightening, and practical. Over the years I've worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, LBGTQIA+ stressors, faith transitions and more. Whatever you have going on in your life, I've got you.
To help my clients learn skills and gain new insights, I utilize modalities such as EMDR and other Somatic practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness.
I believe we all have traumas, big and/or small, that cause us pain and most of us haven’t been taught healthy coping skills. You don’t even have to know where to start. Let’s just start!
